Exchange / Claims
The product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing an original receipt.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed, or returned in case of any defect.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases and depend upon the mode of Payment.
1. Refund on Credit/Debit Card Payment:
Wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to your E-wallet maintained on our site. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns.
You can use this credited amount anytime or can also withdraw it.
2. Refund on COD
Refunds may be allowed within 15 days of purchase, customers can WhatsApp us on 03318805930 or email us at [email protected], where our customer service representative will assess the product and allow or disallow after careful product examination. In case if a refund is allowed, the sales amount will be credited to your E-wallet maintained on our website. You can use this credited amount anytime or can also withdraw it.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Online Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation via email, which contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Exchange/Claim Policy’ will apply.
Klassy may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
